Duties & Taxes
7. Due to business requirements, US/EU orders may be subject to sales taxes.

8. Customers are responsible for payment of duties, fees and import taxes on International and US/EU orders upon delivery.

9. Narattive is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.

Special Collaboration Items
10. All special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale.

11. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/canceled.

12. Special Collaboration Items shipping rates are subject to change and are not fixed.

Order Editing or Cancellation
13. An order cannot be edited or canceled after fulfillment. If you need to change or cancel an order before fulfillment, please  contact us immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes to your order.


14. All sales of items are final, unless deemed with defects or faulty, in this case the item can be exchanged for store credit. Pictures must be provided.

15. You have 14 business days after receiving your package to return your defected item by contacting us.

16. All Special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale.

17. Returns and processing times may be delayed due to peak times and due to the current COVID-19 challenges.



19. NARATTIVE reserves the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.

Lost Packages
20. Narattive is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Customers will absorb the costs of stolen/lost parcels.

21. To protect our customers, Narattive is unable to change or intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and we will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

22. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
